I just finished the four rounds and now I can't feel my legs anymore XD! I normally hate doing leg workouts and before I started I didn't think I'd actually do four rounds of this, but I did it! I'm so proud here! And sweaty.....
I did 4 rounds, boy am I sweating!! Great burn on the legs and booty! I love Katie and LSF. LSF has a few longer (30-45min) workouts on popsugar fitness that you guys need to check out!!
Just did one round and wow my legs already hurt a lot so i'm stretching for a little longer to make it through four rounds :) I hope my legs are complete jello after this
Finished round 2. i'm sweating three times more than the first round trying to keep up and doing all the reps even when i got behind. At this point i'll just reply to myself to get me through two more rounds, but after i stretch a little more lol. If you're reading this, you got this!
round 3. this has become a diary. one more round to go. had to put the computer next to me so i can pause to catch up. very grateful that the last workout is only 10 reps because it's short and i know i can do it as long as it keep repeating it's only ten. future me i hope this is easier for you because oml
i finished. gave it my all to do well on the last two exercises. i'm so tired now. i'm sorry for the typos because i'm sure there are lots. katie if you're somehow reading this (a comment on a video you posted a year ago) i just want to say thank you for sharing these workouts and your story with us. you've given me that extra push to really try and stick with working out and eating healthy. thank you. i know i wouldn't be able to make it through my first consitent week without you and everyone here :) here's to the next couple of weeks to come. oh god i think i'm starting to lose it. it's late here. i don't think i should work out late anymore oh lord

What if i only do 1 round but then 3 other workouts? Still effective?
Any exercise is effective if you do it correctly and enough to push yourself.
