I5 4th gen 8 gb of ram and a Gt720m ,768gb ssd but its irrelevant ,1366*766 runs 60fps constantly, some maps a few fps drops here and there but no big deal , keep in mind your pc has to support dx12

60fps is useless on Valorant. After gold/plat the game will become unplayable. Anyone with 144Hz will kill you before you can even see them.
The only way to climb as a 60fps player is to play a pocket pick, which is a boring way to play the game and requires you to have a good duo.
But Valorant's still fun in 60fps if you stay away from ranked. Play other modes, they're very fun too.

@@itwill-change people have also reached Immortal with 60Hz but that doesn't mean it is fun. You have to play supportive champs like Breach, Skye, etc and avoid 1v1 gunfights. And you'd need a team / duo with good comms so they can follow up on your engage.
