He pushes the boss thing to talk down on others that makes good business decisions that are probably more lucrative and to fuel his own ego. A lot of cats own 100% of nothing or 100% of a small plate. If he didn't have a huge ego he could've probably owned 50% or even 100% of 9 figures companies.

Love the entire panels voice. While I always love to catch the brother Dame’s interviews, this was one of the best. I would have loved to hear the rest of the brother Marcus’s comments (not question) & points he was trying to make. I wish there was an after show tape that allowed the two brothers to continue their points & the discussion as it was a very needed one. Passion is a beautiful thing! We need more of it. Trust our brothers to be able to keep their cool as I believe they would’ve stayed united as they both would have learned from each other. Both strong in their own, yes, so it may have been difficult but nothing that a little redirecting and great word choices would not have helped with. Also, wish we heard more from Capone. Nevertheless, awesome episode! Just wonderful!
