Great video Rip! Thanks for sharing and taking time to make it. We just bought a house in Hoschton, GA😎
Congrats! It's a great area and that property value will go up, up!
Oh, wow, it's only 526,000 dollars. Give me a break. I bought my house for about 160 K about 16 years ago, and the mortgage for it is around 1200 dollars. For something 526,000 dollars, I'd imagine the mortgage would be about 3,000 a month. Not doable, in whose world? That's insanity. Plus, these homes that are being built are smaller than my home.
Plus, I-85 traffic is literally terrible. It's no longer commutable from far distances because it is so congested, unless you're going to commute into Buford/Sugar Hill, Lawrenceville, maybe Cumming, but definitely not Atlanta or anywhere on the other side of the metro area. Even a trip to Norcross is too much of a headache.
Congrats on the low mortgage and the $160k price tag! That's the beauty of real estate because now that $160k home is worth a lot more now! Also the beauty of real estate is if an area isn't affordable for you, you can go to a more affordable area. Real estate is affected by location more than any other factor. Totally agree that I-85 can get crazy. I travel on it all the time, the key is getting the Peach Pass! I sail by the traffic almost every time I travel on the interstate!
Worse traffic and getting worse
I don't know about worse, definitely a lot worse traffic in the southern surrounding areas of Braselton/Hoschton but I definitely agree the traffic is growing in that area!
