Oh, wow, it's only 526,000 dollars. Give me a break. I bought my house for about 160 K about 16 years ago, and the mortgage for it is around 1200 dollars. For something 526,000 dollars, I'd imagine the mortgage would be about 3,000 a month. Not doable, in whose world? That's insanity. Plus, these homes that are being built are smaller than my home. Plus, I-85 traffic is literally terrible. It's no longer commutable from far distances because it is so congested, unless you're going to commute into Buford/Sugar Hill, Lawrenceville, maybe Cumming, but definitely not Atlanta or anywhere on the other side of the metro area. Even a trip to Norcross is too much of a headache.

We a relocating in a week from north of Detroit, MI to Alpharetta, GA. Next year, we will likely start looking for homes. One city I found that I like is Sugar Hill.

👌 I don't live in Georgia, but, I did live in Atlanta Georgia over ten years ago, for one year, however, I believe that there's beautiful richness in each city, state and country for persons to fairly as in legally pick and or choose to live or just to be for for visiting for vacationing to see beautiful scene's and or to enjoy certain foods, drinks, fun's and or for relaxing times in certain cities and states.
