clearing only makes sense if the beat/song becomes very popular, then the owner of the song may find you and want royalties, otherwise it should be ok because system shouldn't detect your song.
on beatstars i always name the song which ive used, from the name you should be able to find the owner on google and contact them after buying the beat. But i think its only necessary if your song is viral or something
