It's referring to time added per sub. If you look in the upper left at the start, it says +11s. That's how much each sub was worth. -7 means just 4 seconds per sub, which, even with The Swarm's legendary generosity, won't last very long.

it would reduce the subathon timer increase to 4 seconds per sub, which would effectively kill the subathon in a short while because no one feels like its worth gifting subs for that return, plus the timer was only at 6 hours when it happened. so it couldnt survive the night. For reference, it started at 20 seconds per sub.

Chat told him -10s was crazy for a 20s timer but he added it anyway, moreover he rigged the chance for negative numbers so all he can blame is honestly himself. Preaty sure everyone thought that the wheel will be something with max -4 maybe -5 and then +1 - +3 or +4 but the way vedal designed it assured it ends in a week. It would already be over if he didnt went for double or nothing... He has no one to blame but himself with this dogshit design

Dude took two weeks off to ""plan"" the subathon and all they've done is play minecraft + the usual stuff they always do. Then he starts the timer at +20 seconds (cringe AF) followed by this wheel to further reduce the timer (with the odds being in favor of a reduction in the timer). Overall a low effort subathon.
There has been like 10 collaborations, a fucking ai playing minecraft with an inhouse brew ai and other games being added to neuro. A game jam, him participating in it and opening a framework so other people can code games for neuro to play. The production of an original song and its video clip... man it was not low effort.... oh right he also coded it so neuro can do stonks and invested 10k I'm it plus whatever the neuro and evil shopping sprees amounted for.
