Aw this is so pretty once again! It's like two people come together to navigate that large void of loneliness life can bring by giving comfort and a home to each other. I was at a wedding last month and one speech really stayed with me: "So many coincidences needed to happen in order for these two to meet each other". This made the world feel so much larger and every connection even more meaningful - and so does your poem!
I feel exhausted and alone, mostly spending time by myself. It's terrible how people tend to forget about someone who was their friend they talked to and spent time with so much in the past. It really brought me to the thought to give up on those and to make my life better. And your compositions giving me the strength I need, to let me cry should I have to or making me feel nostalgic. Quite wonderful what music can do and Silent City will remain good no matter how often I heard it on Spotify!
it's terrible, but sometimes that just how things become after a while. i lost countless friends i literally grew up with to time. i don't resent them, they moved on to new things and i moved on to new things, too. but sometimes, you don't move on at the same time, leaving one side hurt and reminiscent. What's important is to realize that the time you spent together stays a beautiful memory, no matter how things are going in the present. And when it's time to move on, you should move on to better things - friendships don't have to last forever to be a good thing. Thank you so much for listening! I have been lonely for months my parents divorced and my siblings are in college and my parents are too busy to look after me and I took care of myself and I have been so stressed on studying when I heard this song it calms my minds and helps me focus on studying so thanks for sending this video, I still hoped you make another song for loneliness people.

A rephrased version of exactly that sentence was the first line I wrote into my notebook when I had the idea for The Silent City!
