The wingrays you can grapple on to also refill your flight stamina instantly. So if you see one while flying, grapple on to it for an instant stamina refill. Sonance Casket collectibles also refills it instantly and you can grapple onto them when you're close. Since your flight gauge is separate from normal stamina, you can also just fly into walls to hang on and wait for your flight gauge to refill. It won't refill while you're in the air so using your normal glider won't work.
Genshin tried to follow wuwa by updating their traversal then wuwa double down by straight up giving flying to players without needing certain characters

You can actually use the Superjump to start flying pretty much from anywhere in Rinascita, as long as you pick a character with a plunge that gives them some extra height! Jump > Plunge > Air Dash > Fly works well enough, but it takes some practice. Jump> Plunge > Air Dash > Grappling Hook > Fly is 100% foolproof but a bit more time consuming.

It's super unintuitive, but once you figure it out, it's really fun. Even before then it's fun, but it's a little frustrating when trying to aim at a certain location. It keeps aiming in the same place you have been and constantly slightly drops, so for normal flying to stay flat, you have to hold up. To change altitude you don't have to keep holding down, actually if you do, you'll nosedive, you just need to start going down then press up again. The chance is pretty slow too, so you need to aim in advance. It's a lot of feel, but those are some tips to help get through the frustrations I had learning it. Oh, and the obstacle course, flying works completely different.
The best part of all of Wuwas traversal....you don't have to have a premium 5 star to use it. Literally every character can use all of the movement options
@@Meteor-ThunderBears i actually once tried wuwa in 1.3, but it wasn't out yet on ps5 so I had to play on pc (my pc is laggy af) and had to quit because of a lot of lag + the beginning of the story wasn't very good and I disliked the voice-acting. From what I know, wuwa is now out on ps5, the story is better and they've improved the voice acting (I saw a clip of a girl named zani in wuwa and I rlly liked her Italian accent) but one thing that's keeping me away is that I already play 2 gachas (genshin and zzz) and I have school and I love them both (but I might consider quitting zzz in the future, who knows)

It ll be less work too if they didn't add those restriction to a number of area, just apply the mechanic in the entire map. Although I like the dolphin dive and the rest of the swimming animation, i wish hoyo would give us more freedom in the game as the game is full of mechanic but is simply restricted which is sometimes just annoying

Then the hard truth, didnt know it wont work outside rinacita as i tried to flight off ontop of mt firmament... and died by falling because i was too dumbstruck to the realisation... It killed me real bad. S6 carlotta is totally unplayable now-

Other games just live inside some people brains, I swear. It was fun with HSR while it lasted but the joke outlived itself. We can just move on from comparing games. I can say that wings are overall a better exploration mechanic but with a HUGE con. Which is that you can only use it in Rinascitta. Meanwhile characters in Genshin has worse flying abilities but you can use them everywhere and if you have 4 flying characters - you can just use all of them. It's pretty even when you think about it, a better flight that tied only to 1 region and a worse flight that you can use everywhere
Either advancing through the story, or just exploring randomly in Rinascita (while the main quest has you in the central area) you'll get it out of nowhere, thats how i unlocked mine lol
Genshin : We can make money from that exploration mechanic by making a bunch of 5 star limited characters that have built in exploration mechanic.......
To be fair, you can use those characters outside of Natlan and they're better than any previous explorations skills even with a hinder. But you can only use wings in Ragunna, you can't do it in other locations which is a big let down cuz it's so good and fun

@@silhouette9699 I still use wall run and grappling hook, and glider. I only use flight to reach high and faraway places. Flight added fun to exploration, it didn't make the other exploration methods useless. You will still use them even when flight is available. The thing that became somewhat useless to me are the waypoints coz I never use them anymore, I just fly to my desired location. Kuro listens to player feedback., I am sure the flight feature will be added to the other regions if enough players want it, maybe after reaching a certain percentage of map exploration.
I have a question for those who want to answer I want to try wuwa but I already play zzz, hsr, and genshin and I enjoy them but I feel like adding a 4th gacha is rough, I’m not one of those hoyo fans that doesn’t play wuwa because they think genshin is better I just didn’t have the phone capable of running it. Now that it’s on console I can actually try it i did play pgr when it first came out and liked it quite a lot but I don’t play it anymore. So should I try wuwa?
If you like Genshin - you gonna enjoy WuWa just as much or even more, depends if you like a challenge in games or you like to play them casually. WuWa can give you a great challenge, really fun world exploration and incredible fighting system, also, the gacha is great. Tho, story can be rough sometimes and character designs are not for everyone Definitely would recommend you to try it for yourself
Playing 4 gacha games is going to be time consuming. I only play Genshin and WuWa, thankfully I'm a day 1 genshin player, I have already finished all quests and I only spend like 30 mins max on genshin to do the dailies and some events. This allows me to sink in more time in WuWa. In my honest opinion, objectively speaking WuWa is far more enjoyable than Genshin. WuWa is the genshin that us day 1 Genshin player always wanted. Rinascita region surpassed Fontaine in my ipinion and Fontaine is the peak of Genshin. If you really want to immerse yourself in WuWa and connect to the characters, do not use the skip button on voiced quests. Most of the people who say Wuwa's story is trash are story skippers. How do they know the story is trash when they don't even have a solid grasp of the story coz they skipped all of it? Another advice, drop all your biases towards genshin and enjoy WuWa for everything it offers. It's not a genshin clone like most genshin players love to claim. Rinascita made WuWa stand on its own feet and it's only gonna get better from this point on. A little bit of warning, WuWa will point out the things that are wrong in Genshin.
@@eddieboston6540no lore reason? Flight echo is never tied to the sentinel of rinascita. Its the utility gadget from the exploration thingy. So the chance of its getting implemented outside its region is a thing.. Lootmaper is gadget/utility that tied to Jinzhou, in Rinascita you cant use it unless you have the requirement permit. So probably would do the same with flight gadget

You can basically double your flying stamina by exploring each part of the 2.0 map, and getting 25% on each part.
Good tip

I do the second one it's become natural to me.
I personally just use shift-dodge in the air and you get enough height 90% of the time to just use flight.

Rinascita just surpassed Fontaine in my honest opinion. WuWa also Surpassed everything Genshin can offer in just a few months. WuWa 2.0 patch completely beat the crap out of Genshin 5.3. I was so back in wuwa with the flight utility, and even oulled for carlotta just for that tiny bit extra flight duration and i enjoyed it very much.
Then the hard truth, didnt know it wont work outside rinacita as i tried to flight off ontop of mt firmament... and died by falling because i was too dumbstruck to the realisation... It killed me real bad. S6 carlotta is totally unplayable now-

well you can with mauvika+ casca you can fly infinite and fight too but only in natlan.
Other games just live inside some people brains, I swear. It was fun with HSR while it lasted but the joke outlived itself. We can just move on from comparing games. I can say that wings are overall a better exploration mechanic but with a HUGE con. Which is that you can only use it in Rinascitta. Meanwhile characters in Genshin has worse flying abilities but you can use them everywhere and if you have 4 flying characters - you can just use all of them. It's pretty even when you think about it, a better flight that tied only to 1 region and a worse flight that you can use everywhere

Either advancing through the story, or just exploring randomly in Rinascita (while the main quest has you in the central area) you'll get it out of nowhere, thats how i unlocked mine lol

Stamina increases with exploration milestones.
You don't have to go to high place to use it
Genshin : We can make money from that exploration mechanic by making a bunch of 5 star limited characters that have built in exploration mechanic.......
To be fair, you can use those characters outside of Natlan and they're better than any previous explorations skills even with a hinder. But you can only use wings in Ragunna, you can't do it in other locations which is a big let down cuz it's so good and fun

Also it basically makes any other exploration method in a game - a joke. I don't think Kuro wanted to make so much cool parkour shit and on-map exploration devices just for everyone to use flight. Rinascita was made for it - there's almost zero explorations devices, so you just use wings. Props to them if they actually make flight usable everywhere without nerfing the life outta it but I can't see it be true just from the gamedesign standpoint

I still use wall run and grappling hook, and glider. I only use flight to reach high and faraway places. Flight added fun to exploration, it didn't make the other exploration methods useless. You will still use them even when flight is available. The thing that became somewhat useless to me are the waypoints coz I never use them anymore, I just fly to my desired location. Kuro listens to player feedback., I am sure the flight feature will be added to the other regions if enough players want it, maybe after reaching a certain percentage of map exploration.

I have a question for those who want to answer I want to try wuwa but I already play zzz, hsr, and genshin and I enjoy them but I feel like adding a 4th gacha is rough, I’m not one of those hoyo fans that doesn’t play wuwa because they think genshin is better I just didn’t have the phone capable of running it. Now that it’s on console I can actually try it i did play pgr when it first came out and liked it quite a lot but I don’t play it anymore. So should I try wuwa?

If you like Genshin - you gonna enjoy WuWa just as much or even more, depends if you like a challenge in games or you like to play them casually. WuWa can give you a great challenge, really fun world exploration and incredible fighting system, also, the gacha is great. Tho, story can be rough sometimes and character designs are not for everyone

Playing 4 gacha games is going to be time consuming. I only play Genshin and WuWa, thankfully I'm a day 1 genshin player, I have already finished all quests and I only spend like 30 mins max on genshin to do the dailies and some events. This allows me to sink in more time in WuWa. In my honest opinion, objectively speaking WuWa is far more enjoyable than Genshin. WuWa is the genshin that us day 1 Genshin player always wanted. Rinascita region surpassed Fontaine in my ipinion and Fontaine is the peak of Genshin.
If you really want to immerse yourself in WuWa and connect to the characters, do not use the skip button on voiced quests. Most of the people who say Wuwa's story is trash are story skippers. How do they know the story is trash when they don't even have a solid grasp of the story coz they skipped all of it?
Another advice, drop all your biases towards genshin and enjoy WuWa for everything it offers. It's not a genshin clone like most genshin players love to claim. Rinascita made WuWa stand on its own feet and it's only gonna get better from this point on. A little bit of warning, WuWa will point out the things that are wrong in Genshin.

@@eddieboston6540no lore reason? Flight echo is never tied to the sentinel of rinascita. Its the utility gadget from the exploration thingy. So the chance of its getting implemented outside its region is a thing.. Lootmaper is gadget/utility that tied to Jinzhou, in Rinascita you cant use it unless you have the requirement permit. So probably would do the same with flight gadget
