The engineers that thought a good idea to put a gas tank above the rear end should be kicked in the nuts so hard !
They know they should have made access covers in every car to get to a pump or sender! Engineers never work on anything after it’s built!

I'll ask the simple questions. Who's red C5 is that? Anything done to it?
Erick here. The red C5 belongs to me. I bought a C6 during covid before prices went up. My wife loved the platform and wanted one. Prices soared so I got her that clean all stock C5 2 years ago. We did full suspension overhaul, all new bushings, QA1 double adjustables, beefed up sway bars and endlinks. Lowered it to a good taste and I gave her my C6 wheels as she was going for an OEM+ look. Aside that it's a peppy stock powertrain C5. Oh yeah we put an angle kit that was originally for my C6 on there for no reason other than turn radius. She can do tight circles in a parking lot with 60 degrees of angle over the stock 25 degrees. The cooling system needs an overhaul and so do the brakes so that's probably next. I also put new window actuators and windshield wiper motor and serviced the pop up head lights. We like it stockish looking.
@@Photobombin Hell yeah. I had a hunch you were going to say it was yours. I also have a C5 heavily modified. 600 wheel which is plenty for the street on street tires. Have Alcoa C5Z wheels and have been thinking of going to that exact C6 wheel yall are running. So much easier to find tires for those. We've chatted a few times over the years in the comments. I'm happy to see you guys making another run at the youtube thing!
@@PNW_Car_Mods thanks man. I recognized your name instantly haha. Just a heads up on the C6 wheels. I had to use 1.5” spacers in the rear which sketched me out. They’re high quality and we’ve driven to all corners of Texas but still sketches me out having that big of a spacer to make the rear wheels sit flush. Fronts don’t need anything, they’re perfect.
@@Photobombin As long as the spacers are hubcentric you won't have any problems! My LS swapped Ford Ranger has 1.25 inch hubcentric spacers at all 4 corners to run Mustang wheels and it works perfectly. No vibrations and have't chucked a wheel lol.

You don't like the Camaro a little bit it's got a Ford rear end in it I don't like Fords. But I do like KC Speed Shop and the boys .

@@Photobombin sorry but you're not at all, all tooled up with mics, you will drive people away, KC is a great chap but, it not very watchable at all I just commented and dropped it.
@@H4rleyBoy tooled up with mics? So you don't want to hear what they're saying? If they weren't mic'd up all you'd hear is loud compressors and tools. I just show up with a camera and hand them a mic and get an update, there really isn't any preparation or thought like a tv show would have. There's no producers feeding lines. Doesn't even compare to TV lol and I would know. The fact that you think you know is hilarious!
