You can only assign one survivor to a field to do things but if you have survivors assigned to the farming activities they will join the assigned person on the field. I have had 5 folk on a field at once. Like locusts!

Does this game have sanitization & hygiene? Toilets and bathrooms etc.
Rimworld doesn't have that and it was a big missed opportunity.
