If you wanna get really fancy, you can wield both gravel stone and dragon communion in left hand and switch when using lightning and magma respectively for 15% boost in both! Just make sure to cast with right hand :)
Pro-Tip. All the combo castable spells have a very generous buffer window where you can continue the "combo". So a good strat to practice and learn if people are dodge-rolling your shit is to fluxuate your timing of casting your next spell to change up when it comes out. Good for dealing with people at range who are consistently dodging your Honed Bolt.
Looks like animation canceling still lives beyond patch 1.04. I'm starting to think the swipe animation is intended by FS! Faith overall got major buffs too, lots of good incants now cost less fp and do more damage Worth noting: Fortissax's Lightning Spear now has hyper armor so it is viable if someone gets very close to you, usually can two shot most builds without getting interrupted

I use a gravel stone seal with 60 faith / 50 dex and a radagon icon for max cast speed and some fun one shots with Dragon King Cragblade Ash of War (big red lightning cloud), so Fortissax also fits my overall dragon aesthetic :)

what incantation has the most poise damage, cause i wanna combo the build with like a crit build with the crit dagger, but i wanna use the bloodhoundstep as ashe of war, and as far as i know there isnt like a really big poise incantation

Wouldn't the dragon communion seal be ideal for your current set up? Since you're already using the helm and dragon spell. A 30 faith/45 arcane would already get you 320+ scaling. A better scaled seal with additional dmg boost on your dragon spell. You should also try out the dragon claw. If you manage to land a hit, you could combo with catch flame. Cheers!
I'm at 353 scaling with this build while my wondrous physick flask is active. But the dragon communion seal should be added to the left hand for the 15% added dmg bonus to Theodrix's Magma 👍 And dragon's claw is pretty difficult to land on players 😅
@@GaroShadowscaleBold Oh yeah mb didnt watched till the additional 10 faith flask. But I would personally used the flask to increase the respective dmg fire/lightning class or stamina regen. I guess for invasions it would be difficult to land the claw as theres a gank. But in duels you could trade since its the only dragon incan with hyperamour.
Another great and helpful video. Keep em coming! You definitely showed me to embrace some weapons/mechanics. Like the double straight sword moveset. I started out as a faith build, but couldn't find a weapon I'm 100 % comfortable with. when ROB became fancy I respec'd and tried this, with reduvia and Eleonora's. Definitely good but not my style and I got bored constantly using L2s. Now I tried various faith greatswords, the inseparable blade is good and that whatsername colossal sword that swings really fast for a weapon of that category. All solid options. the two coded swords (I actually carry a golden epitaph in the other hand) combined with incantations , still good equip load at 125 because the lackluster weight of the swords is my go to Cheers
While this is absolutely awesome I don't suppose this is up to date with 1.04 as holy Shit we got a treat. Changes everything. Don't even know what I like the most anymore black flame, giants flame or lightning in general!!
Now that the patch hit and increased the effectiveness of a lot of the Ashes of War it could be top 5 ashes time. Spoiler alert if that video ever gets made; I guarantee Glinstone pebble is in it. ;)
Fire seal will boost the damage, but as I say in the pinned comment, I use dragon communion seal in the offhand to boost theodrix's magma since that's my biggest burst 👍

That is true! I usually just get the attack out as quickly as possible, but this is a very viable strategy 👍

I haven't tested the poise damage in particular, but bestial sling has very high poise damage and is a very quick spell 👍

This is up to date with 1.04! I tested every single patch change and spell adjustment, and these 5 are still the best offensive Faith incantations 👍

O flame incantation is pretty busted after patch 1.04. Scott made a video of him one shoting a dude with it for like 1800 damage.
Yeah but O'flame is kinda slow and depends on your opponent being aggressive. I messed around with it, but I like the theodrix's magma combo more 👍
Garo Catch flame deals more damage with two fire seals on each hand lol i 1 shot people with any fire spell 😂🤣
Fire seal will boost the damage, but as I say in the pinned comment, I use dragon communion seal in the offhand to boost theodrix's magma since that's my biggest burst 👍
