Yep I've rarely had an issue before but now I'm pretty sure those failures were this. I had 3 returned GDEmu from the last few months and all worked once I did this too
We really need to try and avoid Chinese made products. I feel really bad for those working so hard in China and their government’s involvement in private business is ruining everything.
You do realize that most everything comes from China, right? Even the good stuff you're probably used to. It's all about the manufacturer you get it from. There's some good shit and some not so good shit.
@@113odyssey Amazing how you would assume I don't know most everything is manufactured in China. Last I checked my house is well above ground. Did you know that there are products manufactured in China and then sent to Mexico for assembly and no longer say "Made in China".
Interesting. Ive never thought of the issue potentially stemming from that happening. I have one that has exhibited similar issues but i was able to narrow it down to how the gdemu was being seated, while trying to also fit it inside the case with one of those additional gdemu sd card mounts.
Had the same issue on mine, took me 1 hour to figure it out and glued the switch with super glue so it can not move anymore. Beware also of the extender cable, if it is still failing, it could be due contact problems between cable and gdemu. I put some small cardboard, to push the extender cable to the pins of the gdemu card slot.
this is the first i've ever heard of an issue like this, guess it's time to bridge the pins!

I think my GDEMU has this same issue. Thanks for the info!
