@@Addz-me7de Old comment, but (spoilers) we discover after Death's "death" that the next Reaper to die becomes Death. So there's a good possibility Death isn't actually death itself, but an avatar of it---Dean merely destroyed the previous vessel, who had likely been a Reaper himself before being appointed as the "king." This is further signified by the fact that Death comments he's "older than God"---but his human form obviously didn't exist prior to the creation of humanity. Reapers simply play Death's role in God's creation and the Supernatural universe has a number of cosmic deities---Death, God, The Darkness, The Empty. And it's likely only they are capable of hurting each other, which will always lead to some universe-ending imbalance (which is why Death likely is so fascinated by the existence of other universes in order to learn more).

I love it because it feels so vindicating when Sam is trapped in this narrative of “you’re weak and your trauma is pathetic” for the whole season, that Dean proves him wrong by kicking his ass. Demon blood Sam thinks he’s hot stuff, but even coming off 40 years in hell, and no powers, Dead just decimates Sam in that fight. It’s the biggest fuck you I can think of.

He really couldn't have.. Aside from the fact that Sam couldn't have brought himself to it, Demon Dean was practically immortal; it was impossible for him to die.
Shaima Wahab no I don’t think Sam could of brought himself to kill dean, but Sam had chances, demon dean knew that, in the episode where dean is cured, before he is cured, when he’s in the demon trap talking to Sam, he says to Sam that if the demon cure doesn’t work, that Sam would have to kill him and then he asked Sam does he have the stomach for that.... so Sam could of did it but He didn’t want to
@@kingwoo6138 My point was that Dean was the Knight Of Hell; he was immortal. Or else he would have killed himself at some point, but it just wasn't possible for him to die.
I think that If Dean has to kill Sam in order to end this whole thing. I think dean would probably kill himself after doing that. Or he will asked Castiel to take his soul or something. Cause I don’t think deans sees much of a life beyond Sam. If we go back, Dean never really gotten much done when sam is dead or gone. He always obsessively trying to get back at him. Even when he was with the mark of Cain he still couldn’t kill Sam. He has gone against everything and everyone. Put Sam over anyone, and everyone including himself. I’m not saying he is in love with Sam. But deans attachment to Sam goes beyond brothers. Dean feels like Sam is a NECESSITY to him. Like water, or air. He is willing to suffer so much, but always keep Sam save, even if that means tearing his own heart, soul, and mind. I don’t see Sam ending alive because he is the key science the very beginning to end this whole thing. I think it will be dean who will kill Sam. By Sam decision. Castiel will die, jack will died, everyone they care that still alive will died. So Sam will see no way out. But he will see a way out for dean. But dean won’t see passed a life where Sam doesn’t exist.
I'm not sure how true this is. In season 6 dean seemed to be getting a long fine. Yes he looked for Sam like crazy in the beginning but eventually he settled down and was actually making a life for himself. I know he probably still thought about sam all the time but he did have a life without him. In fact that's how the show was supposed to end. With dean living a normal life while sam was sacrificed to save the world.
true. I've felt there was a deep connection between them since season 1. whenever they're in danger notice how Dean doesnt care about his own situation as much as Sam's. he could actually be have a gun at his head and still yell "Sammy!" I guess this is what happens when you've practically raised your little brother. Dean protected him when he was a baby and protects him even as an adult
I agree. They even hint to that in the 17th episode of the 15th season when Dean pulls a gun out on Sam. God said that he wrote for Dean to do that. But Sam talked him out of it. Dean is the more emotional one, he acts on emotion, doesnt really think first just goes swinging. Sam is more methodical and sensible and rebellious. So God uses Dean a lot to kill the other brother cause Sam is too smart.
The Siren stated that what Dean wanted was "a little brother that looked up to him" so it wasn't about homosexual love, the Siren basically made himself a replacement for Sam in Dean's heart.
I think we'll just never know what was on Dean's mind and what he'd ever needed, but sometimes....you can want a little brother who looks up and needs you and it probably could be not a pure brotherly thing :) (yes, i'm a slasher). But I loved the Siren, that gues star (I think he is gay, I read it somewhere, was it IMDB?) and how they acted it out. Bravo.
