I finally cleaned my Airbnb, since my cleaners couldn’t. I vacuumed some dust bunnies under the beds. I got to take the crumbs out of the toaster. I saw a stain on the towel. I agree it’s good to deep clean your own house once in a while.

Your videos are terrific. Really enjoy you taking us along on your journey(s). With these last second bookings, did you need to level set with your house cleaner to make sure they can be available on such short notice? Feel like that’d be tough to manage.
We always send an updated calendar to our cleaners and if they can’t do it, we plan to do it ourselves. Usually they want the work so they’re usually on top of any last minute cleans.

@Kristen & Michael How do you wash and dry all of the bedding for two beds in 2 hours? Even with a large capacity, it seems all sheets, duvets, towels, etc. wouldn’t fit. 😩 tips please… thank you!
We have 3+ sets of sheets, pillowcases, etc. We also have 18 sets of towels each. This helps a ton, just in case of stains or lots of guests, there's always clean towels on hand. And we have 2 sets of bath mats & want to get a 3rd. This way the cleaners (or us when we're there and can help out) have time in between guests to get caught up on laundry! Peace of mind is everything - buy it all in bulk!
@@kristenandmichael Perfect! In other words, you strip everything and have clean and fresh to immediately replenish with. I’m assuming all soiled laundry gets loaded in a big laundry bag. When the cleaners are cleaning, do they take it with them and wash off site then return later to put away in between guests? I’m speaking of in the event there isn’t enough time to get everything washed dried and put away before the next guest checks in… Thank you so very much for your time and congratulations on your journey and successes! ☺️

Yes! Changing the beds after a couple’s stay, we’d suggest that’s always the case & when handling towels. 🙏🏼
