    I had a laminectomy L3-S1 two weeks ago. Waking up in recovery was the worst pain I’ve ever felt. Today, overall pain level is a one, and zero nerve pain. I feel the same about being out of the gym and not being outside for a couple weeks. Lack of movement and exercise is a mental drain for sure. Trying to stay positive. Staples were removed yesterday and I’m cleared for physical therapy next week. Hoping to start moving some light weights and get some cardio soon. Best wishes on your recovery! We will get through this. Just another bump in the road.

      Hate to hear that. Time seems to move so much slower right now. Progress is becoming noticeable at this point. And physical therapy is going decently. Patience is key. I’m hoping by the 6 week mark the sharp pain will be mostly gone. Good days and bad days are going to happen. Godspeed to you and your recovery as well.

    High Creatinine levels just means you're dehydrated matey - have you also considered an elimination diet? Back pain for me has disappeared completely after I went low/no carb :) Hope you do get better soon though!
