I don't agree with child labour ofc, but sadly, it has become a norm in Pakistan. A lot of families will have kids working in their homes, and they'll stay looking after their kids. I have helpers back at home, but never have I had a child working for me. Their are 2 ways to look at it. Some will say their are too many poor kids out in the streets, and they don't have funds for education or the intellect for labour. So, they send their kids to work for wealthy families, and in return, they pay for their education (sometimes). Or, they'd just pay them for their work.
Again, I don't agree with it but it's the families of the kids that send them to work there. They do it bec they have no choice sadly. So since it doesn't look like it'll change, we should take It into our hands and treat our helpers with respect and love. We should do things for them, help them. Pay them a good amount etc.
