  • Police have arrested hundreds of people as campus protests in response to the Israel-Hamas war, originating at Columbia University on April 17, continue to escalate at colleges and universities across the country, including the University of California, Los Angeles, the University of Connecticut, Virginia Tech, and more.
Students are protesting against their school’s support and partnership with companies like Microsoft and Amazon that are advancing Israel’s military efforts in Gaza. Protests on many college campuses have grown violent with police arresting hundreds of people.

Good to see people putting an end to these ridiculous protests. It's almost as if sanity is returning, one step at a time.

Possibly, the police needed more time to get information, from observing, about the root causes of this aggression and violence.

Marxist indoctrination is the cause. It's prevalent. There's no single thing you can go after.

Observe what, the lawlessness? The ones who break the law belong in jail and they should certainly be expelled if they are students.

Outsiders. Oh. I didn't realize what sort of broadcast this was. How about focus on the substance of the protests and who is doing the violence and who's against violence. How can you not see the pictures running under your scripted lines?

"Clashed with police" is a funny way of saying "were attacked and abducted by police."
