6 slices of toast
2 eggs
Ham and cheese
Strawberry jam
Salt
sugar
Flour

6 slices of toast, cut in half and trimmed
2 eggs mixed
Lots of ham and cheese
A little strawberry jam
Pinch of salt 1/2 tablespoon sugar
Coat with egg wash and bread flour
Fry over medium heat until crispy
a little powdered sugar
