- After the ending of Power Book 2 Ghost Season 3, the writers for Ghost have left us a lot to ponder when it comes to the Tejada's, Tariq St Patrick and Effie Morales because she is the biggest mystery character in Ghost and so going into Power Book 2 Ghost Season 4, I wonder if we'll learn a bit more about her.
In this breakdown, I dive deep into Effie Morales's character taking it all the way back to OG Power, Ghost Season 1, 2 and 3. I dive deep on Effie's evolution, her relationships with Tariq St Patrick, The Tejada's and Cane Tejada and some overall thoughts, theories and secrets heading into Ghost Season 4 and what we can expect from a character who is super independent, but now working directly under Noma, where she might just have lost her freedom heading in to the next season of Ghost Season 4.

Another great prediction Movie Bot. Effie really needs to go but not without a full glimpse of her background. Her finding out Kane is responsible for the death of her brother would be the perfect "Sleeping with the enemy " twist.
Most definitely, it would add a real complication and also give us some answers at the same time. Would be good to finally put a face to Effie's brother, a name or the story. This is how I would personally love for them to integrate that small plot

Her brother could have been dirt. Who kanan killed in the jewelry store robbery with jukebox in OG power. Dirt was in college at the time and he needed the money. Also on a side note if you watch the robbery scene I’m almost sure it was Lauren mom that was in the store looking at jewelry right before dirt buzzed them in to rob it. They showed the woman clear and I’m almost positive it was her.

I don't think Effie will ever work with Tariq and vice versa. I believe the theme of Ghost s3 was loyalty (which was also on the promotion posters). I rather think Brayden or Tariq will 'take care' of Effie or maybe she just finds herself to be collateral damage by one of the Tejada's.

Lauren got done so wrong in season 2 but glad she stayed solid in season 3. I think either Effie or Diana is gone season 4, feels like one of em is gonna try and off tasha and that’s what gets em killed

Effie has a connection with Noma. You have to go back to the episode where Monet told Noma that Effie was in jail. The look Noma gave Obie. It's too many clues to not think Noma and Effie does not have any connections with each other. And I think if Effie and Tariq work together would be those two getting rid of the Tejadas.

The thing about Tariq and Effie is that they can never be anything for too long they started out as friends then became lovers then became enemies and then the toxic cycle starts all over again and it has to end at some point and that could very well happen in season 4 if Effie dies

If I'm Tariq I'm not messing with Effie she done burn him 3 times. First with Choate, lied about Lauren, and then almost got him killed with the Noma's daughter thing. I'm killing her the first chance I get if I'm Tariq.
I don't have any compassion for her with the Lauren situation because it seems to be more about wanting Tariq to herself. Not only did she lie about Lauren she came up with the plan with Cane, who hates Tariq. She had Tariq, he gave her, his trust and in Effie fashion she messed it up being scandalous as usual.

The show has been so careful with reveals regarding Effie’s character that if all of a sudden you get background reveals in things like her brother, mother or connection at Choate, then her time is ending in Ghost
