I have some feedback for your level. 1. Do not make blind jumps. There is nothing fun or thrilling about learning from leaps of faith. You may know exactly what is where and what AND how to progress, but for the rest of us it's all blind luck. I had to watch your video to figure out where to go. 2. The third checkpoint is WAY more difficult than some of the later ones. Plus you can die unfairly from the dash orb: I clicked on it thinking it was a green orb. It was not a green orb. And I learned that the hard way. 3. Best to put checkpoints after cutscenes. The player doesn't like to sit around and do nothing, so best to not force them to watch the same 15 second cutscene every time they die.If it was made this way for the coin then make the coin only accessible after triggering the flood. 4. Fix gotcha moments. There are a lot of instances where the player dies because of some obstacle they had no way of knowing about. Of course I'm talking about those god-damn arrows. You can keep em there, but add some sort of warning about them so we know they are there in advance. Specifically talking about the one after getting the key on your way back to the hub(?). Aside from that, the outside was significantly harder than the inside. The inside took longer because it was bigger and the checkpoints were more scarce, but in terms of actual difficulty some of the actions required before entering the dungeon are batshit insane and encroaching on extreme demon difficulty.
There’s a massive issue with the level, it’s impossible on 4:3 screens, as the left and right parts of some rooms are just completely blind here. This makes some players unable to beat your level, even in practice mode.
I will not update my level anymore. I have already passed it 5 times. I won't do it for the sixth time. And in past updates I have not been able to fix it.
