Lakini sasa tuko papa kwa hapa na wao, next year tutakuwa tunaifuta immediately wameshaiprint. Yote tisa kumi ni kwamba finance bill imekuwa channel ya kuexpress all the anger people have with Kenya's culture of governance and economic challenges.
Saimo ana argue ni kama we will still be using the same bill. Once it will get restructured, they should fix that.
