Both are completely different songs that have nothing to do with each other. They just have the same title. For example: Christina Aguilera, Eminem, Akon, Snoop Dogg, Moby, Taylor Dayne etc. all have a song named beautiful. And each one is a different song. Just the same title.

If she has stolen the song somebody would have written an article about it. And Linda would have sued her.
Actually music is not about the songs title. Have you ever compared these 2 songs? They don't have the same melody, in fact they don't even sound kind of the same. And the lyrics are completely different. So just because the songs have the same name it doesn't mean P!nk took the song from Linda. And actually it would be weird to steal a song from 1992, that is about the president who was elected in 2000.
