I've never understood why Polaris doesn't figure out, or make some way, to have snorkels without messing up the front storage.

If that was a steel line it makes this 100x worse. But people need to get tree straps. It saves the tree from being damaged, saves the winch line from being damaged, and allows proper use of a winch hook.
Won't go into the technical reasons for all of that, but if that line were steel and the tree gave out or the line broke, someone will be seriously injured or killed.

Man I love how the Highlifter Sportsman 850 comes ready to go from the factory but the regular Sportsman might be a better option for a lot of trail riding etc. just have to get it snorkeled after you buy it.

Yall are luck you dont have rocks everywhere, up in the northeast those holes would just be filled with boulders and you get stuck on them

Man they are both great machines just depends on which one you like more! I think the Highlifter 850 has the best value for the price.
