Either way in terms of positioning,it's a major weakness. He should work on his forehand push. He's a lefty using right-handed player's tactics which is suicidal in the long run.
Lin Yun-Ju: a name to remember. His skillful left hand has a magic power to convert an ordinary racket to a killing surgical rocket !!!Thank you for posting it !!!
He's an unconventional table tennis young master with not just an intimidated but versatile approaches to walk through the games and win the match, especially his quick smooth temple in a sudden forehand strike which is unpredictable to the rivals, really awesome !
Wow. He’s something special. In a sport full of them. The only thing I could notice was that it seems he stands back juuust a bit further from table than average contemporary player. It’s not much, maybe a foot or less. But it seems to give him just little more time-not that he needs it, he has reptilian quickness!-and with the new ball rising up a smidgen more and a smidgen slower... his top form is reactive enough that rarely will a ball go by him, and it’s more than likely that he’s had his way with it. Or maybe read too much into it. :) Amazing talent. [I think 4:13 is good example of idea, his sweet spot distance from table.]
I'm all about this music! I want a montage of him waking up and like eating breakfast, tying his shoes, then waiting for the bus...but then he misses the bus and has to jog to ping pong school, and a dog starts to chase him and he's faster than the dog, then is late to ping pong school and has to train double time to make up for being late....wouldn't that be cool?
The name "Chinese taipei" said it all ...... ISO 3166-2 International Organization for Standardization ISO code. Retrieved 2020-08-26. Short name TAIWAN, PROVINCE OF CHINA. taiwan is included as a subdivision of China because of its political status within the United Nations, as, even though it is de facto under the jurisdiction of the Republic of China instead of the People's Republic of China, the United Nations does not recognize the Republic of China and considers taiwan as part of China. In ISO 3166-1, taiwan is listed as "Taiwan, Province of China"
@Lonestar Papa table tennis is a game of skill. if a player plays with bigger power, he loses in accuracy, by virtue of the bigger hit. meaning if ma can overpower his opponents, he has greater accuracy than the rest. this isnt even true, as ma beats players with topspin, and is the best counterpuncher... i just dont think you're a smart person.
it was true for many players(harimoto is the best exemple) but i feel like lin has avery balanced playstyle and is very smart so maybe it will not be that easy for CNT
That's really a ridiculous 6 months what you predict in the future. Just look it back 6 months ago, did you predict what's going with LYJ now? What a Nonsense!
Chinese team beat Lin ? on the contrary, he beat Fan Zhendong, Ma long Who are the top1&2 player in China when Lin was 18. by the way, Lin is from Taiwan.
@Lonestar Papa yes he is number 1 in taiwan , not the number in the world. And why all of sudden something that isn't important are brought up to the table
Taiwan is a small province of People's Republic of China, therefore, LYJ is considered a provincial level team player. The name "Chinese taipei" said it all ...... Lin Yun-Ju is South Korean, both of his parents are South Korean and he's born in South Korea, he is the pride of South Korea, get your facts straight.
Just amazing is his backhand flick!!! He starts with his backhand flick even when the ball is coming into the right-hand.
You mean his forehand
Either way in terms of positioning,it's a major weakness. He should work on his forehand push. He's a lefty using right-handed player's tactics which is suicidal in the long run.
@@dickn.ormous1064 he needs to use a right hander's tactic against a left hander though
I haven’t played forever, watching this video make me want to start again. LOL. His best attribute seems to be his footwork and anticipation.
Lin Yun-Ju: a name to remember. His skillful left hand has a magic power to convert an ordinary racket to a killing surgical rocket !!!Thank you for posting it !!!
i like this kid.he is kind and humble..he is one of my favorite table tennis player..
Damn, this kid has everything.

Very well edited. It is a great compilation and helped to analyse my own game, too :) Thank you!

Taipei is in Taiwan, the capital, and is not related with China at all. Many thanks to you!!
Big baga a bunch of neurotic ppl dream to have TW as part of PRC, and we cannot let this disaster to happen!
Thanks.I from Taiwan.
Support Taiwan 100%
as long as he dressed different from china team in many clips, you should know that he is not in china team
Thank you for sharing this video. I really enjoyed watching it!
小林非常棒
Nice collection. Loved it
比賽中,從不大聲嚎叫!對比日本張本知和!讓觀眾舒服的欣賞比賽,是一種很好的運動修養!
飽きない
Wow just wow
WOW. SUPER!
17yrs old, 2 yrs ago.
Wow my inspiration master backhand flick👍
What a good video...👍👍👍
Wow it's 2019, and we're starting things off work 80s music 😂

Lin Yun-ju does not play flashy, but the quality of service, counter, backhand and footwork is high.
Miss him
Very good
He has great future ...
Nice edit bra!
el futuro número 1 del mundo, sin duda !!
林昀儒 加油 !!
Ele é habilidoso ao extremo! O "assassino silencioso"...
Will he be the next king?
Advantage: *Lin*
combo lin ??

Is Republic of China(Taiwan) day.Not People’s Republic of China
He is from Taiwan
He is very fast
Is it only me thinking that Lin's backhand is stronger than Fan Zhengdong's?
This young kid has already in trouble because he won over Ma Long. Then, there will be at least 5 Chinese players to beat him next months...
He needs and deserves a better coach.
Insane ping pong 🏓
Are we in 80s again? Nice!

ma long's successor for the next GOAT candidate, not from CNT!
@Lonestar Papa this comment is so dumb

If Chinese team focuses on him, 6 months later, there will be at least 5 Chinese players to beat him...
please name some international top class players who have never been beat by 5 Chinese players

He is cute!
Until he sees Xu xin
However, Xu xin is getting older and he's injured too often.
the left handed have a huge advantage when serving, everything is reversed
Left foot has an even greater advantage, I tell you.
Taipei is going to out class China. Go Taiwan country.
zero emotion
Haha... He just loss to Korea player recently in German open.
Taiwan is not no. 1, if use mouth maybe and always.
he is in injury , shoulder injury
second thing is he is taiwanese number 1 not world number 1
