There is no SP1 in the Alt320 parameters, from what I understand only starts at SP2, as for the speed of the drive when he first starts it up. That is a speed determined by the analog input to the drive. Notice how he has 10v, Ai1 and Com connected with a wire, he is most likely using a Potentiometer to set the speed via analog input. The 2 speeds he set for digital input are then reached when he makes the selection probably through a simple toggle switch.
