You're right BlackPink is different from other groups because they sound more Western, do NOT have much cute concepts compared to most girl groups (their main concept is badass swagger), and incorporate more English than usual into their songs. They always excite new viewers and listeners (I know I was) compared to some groups that turn most people off. React to As If It's Your Last if you want to see their occasional cute side. Playing With Fire for a classier tune and MV. They also performed in Coachella for 2 weekends in the US (though the Coachella RUclips channel deleted all performance videos of all artists, we're still not sure why..in the meantime I'll look for links of the videos with decent enough quality). Kpop is already well represented in Germany, there are a lot of Kpop fans and fandoms, it's just not so much talked about because many Germans have prejudices against other cultures. Many also find it terrible that many male idols put on makeup and look very feminine. I felt the same way in the beginning, but then I gave the whole thing a chance and now I hear almost nothing else except Kpop for a year. Also on German television was reported because of BTS 'and Blackpinks World Tours more often. And actually playing kpop Songs in some tv Shows in between. If you deals with the topic you sees first how far kpop in Germany is at all spread.😉 Sorry for my bad english 😅

Kpop is already well represented in Germany, there are a lot of Kpop fans and fandoms, it's just not so much talked about because many Germans have prejudices against other cultures. Many also find it terrible that many male idols put on makeup and look very feminine. I felt the same way in the beginning, but then I gave the whole thing a chance and now I hear almost nothing else except Kpop for a year. Also on German television was reported because of BTS 'and Blackpinks World Tours more often. And actually playing kpop Songs in some tv Shows in between. If you deals with the topic you sees first how far kpop in Germany is at all spread.😉
