Never have I seen something like this. It's so unique, and it's executed beautifully. There are shots where you really can't tell it's a 3D animation with how artistic and detailed it looks. I also like the fact that the idea is that she's imagining all of this, like what she feels while listening to this. The song is beautiful, the art, everything. I love MVs imagining the music in a unique way, telling a story that the music tells without words.
Exyl brings the greatest music and animations (when they finally get finished 😂), and back when captions were being added making it all that much better! ❤

Ayy a fellow animator, have you ever studied the concept of the 12 principles of animation? The small details would be examples of “appeal” in animation whereas the big moves involve anticipation/follow through. I learned to guide people’s eyes on the screen so that there’s never a confusing moment, everything happens smoothly and each shot hits the spot!

Very beautiful music clip! My favorite part is transition between 2 worlds in 1:31 Perfectly matched with the rhythm, but meanwhile is very smooth motion. Love it! As for the time spent, I understand you very much. I make videos by myself too and it always takes more time than I originally planned. For example, I thought that the last video would take 2 months, but in the end, it took all 6. Becouse i want to make everything beautiful and perfect. At the same time - I understand i am doing a project more fo myself than for a large audience and popularity. It is sometimes difficult, but this is how projects are born that give strength to continue to be creative.

I have to admit: The visuals add a lot to the song. With the WIP mix, the music was nice. But with the visuals to guide it, I'm able to appreciate a lot more of the depth of this song. Perhaps the visuals _are_ the reason your songs are so top-tier!

Believe it or not, I think once you spend the years needed to master just 1 art type, you realize that at the end of the day you’re gonna be sitting at your PC in some type of program clicking on buttons and looking at graphs! Doesn’t matter if you’re making an animation look cleaner or an instrument more detailed/automated, every program just has a slightly different flavor!!

thank you for the kind words! This music video took everything I got. Normally when you start a project, it's a very bad idea to try to learn too many things at the same time. Some say 80% of it should be things that you know & are familiar with, and 20% new exciting techniques, that way you're less likely to ruin the project or give up. But I'm built slightly differently cause honestly this video was 90% new things for me. I wanted to absolutely upgrade everything compared to Ping 2 because I know that this is my first chance to prove that I have some cool unique originals instead of just trendy remixes :d

When I started producing 4 years ago, it was to make music like this, but as I grew as a producer, I started to feel the genre had died out, and I should explore other options, but then, a few months ago, youtube recommended one song with a cute catgirl thumb and the word "bass" in the title, I got curious like every internet nerd would and to my surprise it was 2010 complextro all over again, youtube has been leading me since into this rabbit hole of somewhat anime themed 2010's complextro/dubstep/d&b since, and it's really motivating me to redirect my efforts towards this sound again. I'm very happy to find producers thriving in the genre still. Track is both amazing, inspiring and really nostalgic btw. c:

Man, the flute transtition was so epic
When I started producing 4 years ago, it was to make music like this, but as I grew as a producer, I started to feel the genre had died out, and I should explore other options, but then, a few months ago, youtube recommended one song with a cute catgirl thumb and the word "bass" in the title, I got curious like every internet nerd would and to my surprise it was 2010 complextro all over again, youtube has been leading me since into this rabbit hole of somewhat anime themed 2010's complextro/dubstep/d&b since, and it's really motivating me to redirect my efforts towards this sound again. I'm very happy to find producers thriving in the genre still. Track is both amazing, inspiring and really nostalgic btw. c:

Melodically, your melodies are perfect balance between ear-worm and unpredictable, as well as the genius use of instruments that you weave together throughout (like the violin/viola at 2:04)! And the videos that you make to go along with your songs add such a huge new storytelling aspect which is HUGELY epic! Keep up the good work :))
