I am a true insomniac. I also work overnights and find it extremely hard to sleep during the day so my sleep is very broken most of the time. This is the best bedtime video I have watched so far. When I was pregnant with my daughter I became obsessed with these videos. Your channel was my favorite. It was the only thing that calmed my anxiety. I even watched them when I was in labor.
