steven, you are making me cry, here in Brazil all rims in pubic courts is 9 feet or lower, and i cant even dunk it easily, saying 9'7 is a low rim, that is my max touch in sore leg days, my max vert is about 30 inches, so can you tell me what do i need to reach that 40 inch?, strength training? somenting?, this month i am doing sprints and squats,front squat, and cleans. any tips?

Strength is needed for high vert look up plyometrics as well also your technique may need improvement 3 main things
