When I got the vinyl of Nymphs III I played this song on 33 rpm and thought that that was the real song. Then I looked it up and realized that it was actually meant for 45 rpm. This is such a wonderfully crafted piece of music that it can be played both ways and get to completely different experiences, while still being sonically cohesive. Nico will go down as one of the best and probably most underrated musicians of our time.
my bad, actually 'Volver' (from 'Pomegranates') is the second version, a choral version as Jaar puts it into his own words (manarecords.com/f/docs/005notes.pdf) and 'Revolver' is the original one
i can't release music anymore because i want to make better thing than other and i can't make better things than this, i don't even understand how he did it, and i'm trying figuring out from years

Sonically cohesive is my new favourite phrase.
This masterpiece needs more appreciation
Hard to imagine what could be better.
Baroque strings, Baritone Gregorian chrouses, whimsical Big Church reverb, delightful hight tops and a beautiful solid gummy beat??? Sign me in!
I adore this is so dark and romantic.
Exactly ❤❤❤ u get it . I’m here in the NOW of 2024 . Saying hello 👋. Bless u.
2:35 I put my heart❤️❤️❤️❤️ thankyou Jaar
I just ordered the Nymphs III vinyl because of this! I've been looking for this song like crazy!
Thanks for uploading this man! For those who can't afford record players at the moment this is wonderful
Quarantine antidote, the all record
Love this, reminds me of Forest Swords' sadder/more romantic stuff
amazing track
revolver is also introduced in different version in "color of pomegranates"
'Revolver' is a re-mix of 'Volver'

Es difícil escuchar arte, leanlo bien, ESCUCHAR ARTE, ni si quiera la música clásica llega a este nivel intimo del artista.
