Yes, this is the best Biblical movie I’ve ever seen. David’s character is accurate, the animation is quality, I can already see that God’s character will be great, and the environment! Some of the best art I’ve seen in a while. The writing’s not as clunky as some other Christian media, this is just a great project. I can’t wait to see the finished film!!

My kids watched this small clip and were in awe, not of yet another animated movie, but of the incredible 'realness' of the character. He grabbed them and held them and when the short was done he stuck with them. I WANT this boy to reach their hearts and I want his story to thrive within them.
They created King David exactly the way I imagine he was. Even the way he speaks. I remember to read the books of Samuel as a teenager for the first time. Amazing animation! God bless 🙌🙌🙌

Oh, this looks like a nice concept. I am a fan of animated movies since my early childhood and have always been fascinated by this particular art form. And while I have to admit that I prefer hand-drawn animation I do indeed appreciate 3D animated movies as well if they are done well. As for this one, I like it. Watching the video I felt reminded of some great productions of the past. So I am looking forward to it.

We NEED all of media, fiction, and art in general to be service to GOD: have its sole purpose be glorifying The Lord and spreading the Gospel. People need to stop making entertainment to serve the world's futile affairs/stop watching entertainment to serve their own futile affairs (because such affairs are of the world) and do EVERYTHING with The Lord above all thoughts, so as to magnify Him. In other words, to stop making fictional works that don't teach about GOD and praise Him, because it encourages non-believers and lukewarms to ignore their broken relationship with Him. Very good job creating this short, crew, and I would definitely love to see more of that. It was very very relatable when David looked out into the sky and forgot all his fear, instead being filled with Love, courage and awe because the sky reminded him of The Lord's omnipresence. I love how it doesn't focus on David, but on The Lord. Very beaultiful short, and whimsical too. I've been looking for media that praises GOD with the style of high quality childhood movies like Disney's, and it seems I've found it. I’m glad for this project. The animation movies we have today for kids are teaching very evil stories. I watched one recently where the children were being taught to be rebellious if it was necessary to demand freedom from parental guidance n control.
Lmao, not all animations. Look at Encanto, very endearing yet it deals with generational trauma in a way that is realistic. Tangled is a fun one, which the David Movie aims to be, also covers the troubled family aspect that drives forward the story. There are plenty of wonderful animated films out there, you’d have to look hard enough to find them if willing to.

Animations take a lot of time and energy to bring to life but done right they can bear fruit for decades.
I was thinking about this from my childhood...making movies good standard and wants to show the world the best heros are in bible already better than worldly heros.....so first is to show all this generation bible heros ....even we can make all episodes of David with new stories...so awesome try brother and sister...pls do this for us...all media to be fill with bible characters more than Marvel hero's..children's must be amazed by seeing david like superman..with gods help...lovely

I can’t find the words to say just how amazing this is. The stories of God deserve the highest quality in the world, and this is it!! I’m so happy. Can’t wait to see it dubbed and show the children of my church here in Brazil. I hope we can see other great stories too, like imagine how girls would love to see queen Ester on a beautiful movie like Tangled (I would love it) Please make it happen. Loved the Animation and the deep theological motifs within this one clip alone and having David sing Psalm 23 in Hebrew just brought me to tears since that was the premise of this clip. Thank you for what you are doing. I just have one question for the soundtrack are you going to have someone like Joshua Aaron sing your version of Psalm 23 in Hebrew for the end credits?
As an adult, I enjoyed this so much. I just saw it on Instagram and someone asked what the name of the movie was and so I came to RUclips looking for it however it would be nice if this continued with different different characters in the Bible would be super amazing for kids who spend numerous amount of hours watching garbage on their tablets.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Although animated features typically take 4-7 years to produce the good news is that we are far down the road having spent $19.6m in production already. Animation has similarities to fruit farming!! With an apple orchard you need to water and fertilize for 5 years but then you can harvest fruit for 20 years. Animations take a lot of time and energy to bring to life but done right they can bear fruit for decades.
My 7 year old is waiting!!! Lord protect those who you have given this vision to, release every dollar needed in Jesus name!!

I can’t find the words to say just how amazing this is. The stories of God deserve the highest quality in the world, and this is it!! I’m so happy. Can’t wait to see it dubbed and show the children of my church here in Brazil. I hope we can see other great stories too, like imagine how girls would love to see queen Ester on a beautiful movie like Tangled (I would love it) Please make it happen. This can mark the lives of children and even adults. Unfortunately today they see things in movies like magic, demons, feminism and all sorts of values that go against the Bible. Loved the Animation and the deep theological motifs within this one clip alone and having David sing Psalm 23 in Hebrew just brought me to tears since that was the premise of this clip. Thank you for what you are doing. I just have one question for the soundtrack are you going to have someone like Joshua Aaron sing your version of Psalm 23 in Hebrew for the end credits?

As an adult, I enjoyed this so much. I just saw it on Instagram and someone asked what the name of the movie was and so I came to RUclips looking for it however it would be nice if this continued with different different characters in the Bible would be super amazing for kids who spend numerous amount of hours watching garbage on their tablets.❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
