I think what’s really cute for the family vibes if you haven’t checked it out yet is the WEBTOON Who Made Me a Princess? The art is also gorgeous as well! Seven Seas started the physical print last year I believe and volume 4 is just about to come out.
Prince of tennis is my absolute favorite series ever, and it's as you said: the character relationships are fantastic! It's the only series where i remember the whole cast, despite there being a ton of tennis teams worth of characters, because they are all interesting in their own way. it also feels very real, in the sense that you can really feel which characters are closer than the others, and there is always that one duo that doesn't really talk much and it's just awkward, and that simply just EXISTS, instead of trying to make the whole team get along equally. The awkwardness of those relationships is also endearing in it's way. Absolutely in love with the character dynamics in this series, i highly recommend it to those who really enjoy character relationships! It is also very obvious that the author loves what he is doing, and that makes it very enjoyable to read 💞
agreed!! this comment made me go out and buy more volumes haha, i have read 20 volumes but was waiting to fill in some volume gaps before reading to the end. can't wait to get to it
Recently I started to get into isekai a bit and really liked series like Why Raeliana Ended Up at the Duke's Mansion and 7th time loop. I think you'd enjoy these series too😊
I'm a big fan of the prince of tennis anime and have been looking for the manga for a while now. Crazy coincidence but after watching this video i checked ebay and someone in my country was selling the whole series! so it is now mine! I'm so so excited to read it lol
A sports manga connoisseur, you say? If you have any more sports manga recommendations, please let me know. Sayonara Cramer was one of my favorites. And of course I'm familiar with Kuroko's Basketball and Slam Dunk. But I need to find more titles. Also, Ima Koi is a great one! The side characters specifically. Love their dynamic!
I haven't read sayonara cramer yet but some soccer manga i love are days and whistle! unfortunately i haven't read many sports series with female main characters but some more recs haikyuu (volleyball), ping pong (ping pong...), yowamushi pedal (cycling), baby steps (tennis), diamond no ace (baseball) a lot of sports manga aren't printed physically though which is why it can be hard to recommend TT from this list only ping pong and haikyu are easily accessible
Blue exorcist is peak shonen,it starts out pretty random, but when it hits It's stride particularly from illuminati arc onwards and the whole yukio aspect and satan backstory and all This should be more celebrated
I love I Want to Be a Wall, Crossplay Love, and Doughnuts Under a Crescent Moon. So I’ll definitely be reading most of your lgbtq recs. I’m really interested in your isekai recs. I’ve never read isekai before. And I’m obsessed with Apothecary Diaries. I read the light novel ebooks cause I don’t have physical space for both light novels and manga 😂
nice!! hope you like some of my recs but i would say savior's book cafe is a good isekai starting point if you like slice of life and villains are destined to die if you like more drama!!
