“サブちゃん”北島三郎さんの2：00のCMの中型トラック（日野レンジャーKL系）の一般公道を走るシーンは別のプロドライバーの運転でしょうね。黄色ののぼりが並ぶ薬局に大型ドラッグストアが少なかった時代がうかがえます。
山本譲二さんが加わった2：45～4：44の4本に「競合商品路線」とありますが、近藤正臣さんの5：14のCMの10本入りのファミリーパックの箱が山積みになった場面も「〇のマークの・・・」の矢島正明さんのナレーションの部分を意識した気がします。一方、チオビタはファミリーパックのCMのナレーションが小林清志さんで対照的ですが（北島さんの時代（山本さんとの共演を含む）は内海賢二さん）。
8：59の葉月里緒奈さんのCMの最後の大鵬薬品のCIマークは今では見られなくなりましたね（現在は漢字ロゴの書体はそのままで、従来の丸の中にTAIHOのマーク）。
個人的には北島さんの「♪おのれの道は、おのれでひら～け～、あ～つ～い、血がたぎる～、男道、人生、チオビタ～」、近藤さんの「僕から、あなたへ。」のシリーズ、7：59の荷車のアニメ、8：29のリンダ・ホプキンス氏の「ティオビタ、ドリンク!」のCMを覚えています。現在も使われている「愛情一本」のキャッチフレーズも競合商品とは対照的ですね。
