Polar bears have a black snout, a bigger body in comparison to their head and they most likely cannot survive warmer temperatures so the the possibility of it being a polar bear is fairly low I guess.
these natural environment regions are most likely protected by local Chinese gov authorities where private hunters and unrelated personnel will not be permitted to enter
