When the Soviet Union invaded Czechoslovakia in 1968, it used a force of 800,000 troops. Czechoslovakia was one-fifth the size of Ukraine, with a quarter of the population Czechoslovakia's military was only partially loyal to the Dubcek government, which had no international allies, with the possible exception of Romania. When Putin invaded Ukraine, which has a substantial military, and is allied to NATO, he used a force of 140,000 troops. Enough said.

Mutiny meant nothing. It failed. Stop repeating the same thing over and over again. Instead why don’t you talk about the failed Ukrainian counter offensive and the hundreds of NATO equipment burning on the fields. Kind of strange West Media talked everyday about the counteroffensive and now you only talk about the mutiny?? 😂😂😂

It can be like that sometimes, when Yankees storm official buildings did it bring the fall of United state no so does it not mean anything for Russia either. Always can find people that is against their own government if really looking, impossible to satisfy a whole nation, so why is this the best that could happen?

Some have suggested this was a planned act to identify who would turn sympathetic if a rebellion is incited. It's too weird that this group just walks away without consequences.
For now, Putin prob has no choice other than concede to this deal, his army in ukraine will likely decend into chaos if a civil war begins. I think it is just lesser of the two evils. But it doesn't matter what he choose, his authority is on a slippery slope, and it is sliding fast. Behold, we are witnessing history today!

The reason they just walked away was because it was all planned. Nukes to Belarus now a private Russian army "exiled" there. That inevitable attack by Belarus on Ukraines northern front won't be a surprise. What we do to Belarus after will put a Pikachu on Putins face.

The very existence of Wagner was destabilising and moral sapping for the regular Russian military. Sadly, I think Wagner's demise has the opposite effect.
