Hello helloo, I hope you enjoyed this episode! I had a lot of fun exploring this town but also then doing the research and presenting to you my findings :D I'm thinking of doing some more episodes in the future showing you interesting things around Austria :) Also much love to Squarespace for the continuous support of the channel! It's amazing to me how since your photography is the main topic/focus of many videos, your videography flies under the radar. The storytelling is beautiful and the shot selection with your b-roll as well as your own foley work ties everything together in a harmonious way! Keep up the insane work!
When you said "I quite like this photo", that spoke volumes to me. I had always been conscious of how others would react to my photos while nearly neglecting how I feel about it. This video just taught me my images does not have to mean anything to anyone but me. Thanks for inspiring me to become a better photographer, Teo =))
Hi Teo....Liverpool Kev here from England....I love your videos...I don't get out and about as much as I used to....so coming along with you on your trips is real treat...Your photography / cinematography...First class...Excellent editing too...actual prints on a table just look so good...music matches so well....Thank you Teo .....I bought the GX80 to add to my collection after watching your videos by the way and love it...All the best.....Liverpool Kev
What a well put together concept. Way more engaging than people wandering around exclusively talking about their gear. Really enjoyed this - your cinematography is inspiring for my videos too!
Hey man you are my big inspiration. After one of your videos i decided to buy a Panasonic Lumix G80 and it would be really awesome if you could make a video about how you use this some settings and you know its just impresing how good you take those photos. I Hope you can make it :)))
hi ! I watch your videos from France and you changed my perspective about photography with your videos. I love the way you practice it and this video was a beautiful example.
Nice touch making it a bit “analog” by printing and showing the photos, don’t know if you did it on purpose, but it had a good analog vibe to it! Your video montage was spot on, merging the photo on video into a still on your computer, awesome work many don’t notice I think! 😉🎞️📷
I'll be visiting Austria for the first time at the end of April. Still making a list of places to visit and part of me really wants to stop by here for an afternoon. Great vid brother.
Hey, I am from India actually and recently I went on a trip to Switzerland but, not for covering only the main cities… Rather exploring the the small towns and villages over there…. And the feeling of travelling to this town that you have captured in this video is exactly what I felt…. 😁😁 Plus many for the details you observed in this town were the same as Switzerland regarding the streets and town square etc ….
Bro always inspires me to go for long walks and capture the surroundings! I use my phone and a cheap olympus digicam for photography and yesterday I ordered lumix gx85 with two lenses (a 12-32mm and a 45-140mm). It will be my first professional camera! I hope I can capture my moments and other people's stories with it! Love from bangladesh :D
Hahah jo da österreichische Dialekt is scho fein - i red sötn so, oba bin froh, dass i's kon (weil i in Soizbuag aufgwochsn bin, is des hoid donn Soizburgerisch, weshoib i in Innsbruck a bissal komisch kling haha)
Hi Teo!! I don't know if you've already shown it in a video... but I'd like to know where and how you store your printed photos? Your work is beautiful!! Best regards from Brazil :)
Great projects you do. I have a gx80 also and would like to know if you have a trick regarding the short battery of gx80 appart of bringing a secondary spare ready to plug battery. Thanks in advance
No, actually I don't even have a spare battery... it's never really been a problem for me? Maybe your way of using it is more battery draining than my way? I always keep the camera off and only turn it on to take a shot, so on a day like this one, the battery isn't drained much. I think making videos with it can probably be quite energy intensive.
@@teocrawford thanks so much. I thought you recorded some videos also with the gx80 as they have superb quality. I use it mainly to record short films and I have that issue. In some models there are Panasonic false batteries with DC adaptors so you can plug to extern batteries but not in this model.thanks so much by the support
Amazing work, I love the way you explain your photography. How do you color grade your video footage (the A7III footage in the intro)? The colors are beautiful.
Aww thank you! I simply colour grade in Lumetri Color in Premiere and then add a little bit of extra on top with a plugin called Dehancer (mostly I just use it for Halations and Grain). If you're interested in in depth tutorials you can check out my Patreon if you'd like - I've uploaded a few colour grading breakdowns there and loads of other stuff (mostly educational) :D
Hi Teo, i really like your content. I wanted to ask you a question, I am planning to travel to Austria in a year and I wanted to know if you know of any master's program in which you theoretically study cinema and at the same time make audiovisual pieces? Or even a master's program on media arts. Would you recommend me a university to looking for it?
I did my Bachelors in MultiMediaArt in the School for applied sciences in Salzburg. They have a continuation of the same program for Masters and I know they are very interdisciplinary and open for medium cross overs and all things creativity. However it's a very open program often criticised for being a little lacking in high quality classes and overall the curriculum being a little spread thin. So it requires a lot of self initiative and it's mostly useful for the network and the collaborative nature :)
i have actually been looking for a camera to bring with me during the day (i dont like bringing my bigger camera feels like work and its kinda heavy) would you recommend the lumix gx80 / ive also seen the 85 as well)
I always shoot RAW, because in my opinion digital cameras produce Jpegs that just don't look good (maybe, just maybe, except for Fuji with their film simulations haha, but need to gain some experience there). RAW is an unbelievably ugly looking image format that is specifically intended to be edited, so yes, I edit every digital photo of mine :)
@@teocrawford thanks for the reply! Your edits look really great. I really wanna get into photography so Im still learning a lot about pics and how to thrift cameras.
If you have anything that can take pictures, you own everything you need! I take my pictures with an iPad Air and a Sony Cybershot I "borrowed" from a relative. It is true that better equipment will get you more refined pictures but it's still possible to get good results and have fun with whatever you have at hand.
Indirectly yes! I publish a new preset every month on my Patreon. So if you sign up you get instant access to all previous presets I've ever uploaded :)

I miss the Lumix gx80 so much❤❤
So much charm in this little city. Amazing.
bro your photo POV walking videos (with a gopro) are great. its fun watching you find compositions and i think you should make more
Can‘t agree more!
Perfect storytelling

I got the lumix gx80 only because of you and i like it
your videos are so well made, they deserve more recognition!!
beautiful video
Lovely photos!
You would love it here in Konstanz! A small town on the Bodensee, half of it being in Switzerland.

Love the content, but especially love when you bring out the Lumix GX80! such a great little camera. I really need to use mine more.
Such a lovely city and nice photos. I was thinking you were gonna visit the castle too😅
Hi Teo, I enjoyed the chilled vibe of your video :). Could you tell me what was/were the most common focal length that you used in this video?
Beautiful town, photos, video and music. Hope to shoot together one day. From Korea.
You gave me advice to get my perfect film camera
Ich glaub ich muss auch nach Östereich ziehen 🥲 Golden hour sieht in den Bergen soo gut aus

Really nice Vid. I very much enjoyed this one ;)
weihenstephaner and hefeweizen are the only words i vowed to learn to pronounce correctly lol...that being said, cool video mate! 👊

Hi Teo! Thanks for the video. What kind of focal point do you use when shooting a “talking head”?
How is the video quality? Love your videos ❤
In Switzerland a town was bigger than 5000 inhabitants but Im probably obsolet here. Anyway your video is awesome. Bis bald
read it as "australias smallest town" and was like mate thats like 3 houses and a petrol station
Trivial things, in Indonesian we have 'kota' which translated into english as 'city' and then we have 'kabupaten' which is also a city😂

Eine Frage,
Wie lagerst du deine Ausgedruckten Fotos ?
Legst du die Bilder in ein Fotoalbum oder packst du sie einfach in eine Kiste ?
Can you share what preset you using for your photography?
Curious is the camera similar to the fuji? are the picture taken with film simulation?
Not really. It’s small like a Fuji X100V, in fact, I think it’s smaller.
However Panasonic does not have film simulations.
Did you find anything about the origin of its name 'Rattenberg'? I wonder if there's some funny story to it

Are these raw images or did you edit them? Genuinely curious because i cant afford a fuji for the colour science

Hi good day i just want to ask you sir if you want to buy my KINIKA FP-1 PROGRAM 35 mm/50 mm lens. Ply answer thank you.

Es ist irgendwie komisch dich deutsch sprechen zu hören 😂
