I really like grass jelly! My friend used to make it for me with coffee jelly and coconut milk. And a really yummy tamarind drink with peanuts and toasted coconut. I totally forgot about those days. :)

Aahhh I love grass jelly ! So many amazing ways to enjoy it ♡ currently obsessed with a pb&j moment I spontaneously created one day, I scoop bite size peices into a bowl with a heaping spoon of peanut butter(or almond butter) and a heaping spoon of strawberry preserves and then I add a splash of almond milk and ooohh it's sosososooo yummy 🤤

Yum! My mom used to mix grass jelly (she's the kind that cuts it up in neat little cubes) with coconut water and coconut flesh (cut up into strips - available at Asian supermarkets as a frozen ensemble) and pandan coloured cendol (pronounced as chen-doll). Delicious - and quite possibly vegan.

Just made the iced matcha with grass jelly and it is delicious! I didn't have any vegan condensed milk so I added some sugar to my cashew milk as I was heating it up. I also bought some lychee and dairy free taro jelly cups to have with the grass jelly in soy milk when it's too hot to make breakfast. Thanks so much for sharing!!

All of them look so good!!! I'll definitely be trying the grass jelly with strawberries recipe for sure! Also, recipe idea in El Salvador we use condensed for a dessert called Arroz con leche! If you ever have an open can of coconut condensed milk lying around again it's a great dish to try and can be eaten warm or cold it's all up to you!

All of these ways sound amazing! I tried it once (and it was bitter/herb like but fresh like mint(?)), and of course seen it as an optional add in at bubble tea shops. I am putting this on my grocery list to pick up next time I go shopping! I have also thought about a soy version on condensed milk but haven't attempted; I still need to practice making soy milk on my own.

First of all you look stunning and glowing! Second the soy condensed milk is very easy to make and way cheaper than buying those cans. Just be sure to use plain soy or it'll have a strong vanilla taste

I can really recommend making your own condensed soymilk! I did it last weekend and my nonvegan bf(that dislikes most soymilks) even loved it! The only downside is when the milk is boiling over:,)
