With Silvya the reference is that like in DQIV the character has his own chapter, but in the Ro chapter there a reference to the birth of the Hero of Dragon Quest V and this melody

It starts on Gmaj7 going to Cmaj7, then modulating to Bmaj7 going to Emaj7, modulating to Bbmaj7 (or A#maj7) going to Ebmaj7 (or D#maj7) then staying in that key going to Cm7, then going to Adim7 then finally modulating to a D or D7, and this is just the first part of the song.
