Their 8 speed DCT is wet which should be better than 7 speed dry DCT they had before. Nevertheless, not a good gearbox for city driving but works fine in highway
The specs regarding CarPlay and Android Auto are indeed confusing. I think what Hyundai meant, is that all Santa Fe trims come with wireless CarPlay AND Android Auto, however those functions can also be used with wired connections.
Have they done anything about the poor reliability of the 2024 DCT? Lots of complaints and failures on those which is disgraceful for a new car. Hyundai just keeps digging themselves into a hole with poor quality.
By all means, tell us WHY you think it's ugly. What vehicles in the class do you think look good? I see these sort of comments about the looks of the new style Santa Fe, but no one says WHY nor do they say which vehicles they think look good instead.

Love the design. Glad they're taking chances.
Agreed!

I had the antiquated 2022 with wireless Android auto. I dumped it before the major model change. So glad I did.
it´s new, it looks cool and the price is good, Hyundai will sell a lot from this worldwide.
2025 SEL does have both apple and android play wireless

Maybe that is it my friend but yes the way they put it is very confusing indeed.
Cool!

Another change is the 2025 has a 12+ inch navigation screen vs 2024 10.25 inch. All minor changes to be sure.
12” on 2024’s.
@@opinionatedhobbyist correct. Not certain where I saw the 10.25 inch.
Yo my bro 🤝😎👍🏾👍🏾
Hey brother would love to get your thoughts on this one!
@@MeynMotorGroup No problem my bro 🤝😎👍🏾👍🏾
No, it’s the same 2024 transmission that was recalled
Put a decent 8 speed transmission and it may start to sell
They can't, because their regular 8 speed auto have very low torque limits.
@@JT-fq2bl well apparently the DCT is no prize either because they are self-destructing at low mileage.

Not a thing
It was just a software problem.. it was fixed already
Do you have one?
We all know about the 2024 recall

I have yet to see a single one of these on the road.
Oh my gosh, is it ever ugly!
@@DaveInCanada081 really? I’ve seen plenty rolling around
It ain't just ugly, it's fugly 🤢
All over in my area (Atlanta, Ga). Mostly driven by younger drivers. I love it. If you're not a fan of LR and G-Wagon, then it's not for you.
I’ve only seen about 5 of these and I’m in the Denver area. Ugly back end needs a redesign. 😂
Please explain why you say the back of the vehicle is "ugly". I really don't get it, looks fine to me.
@@kirkmooneyham it’s called an opinion. Tail lights are way too low.
Such an ugly car! It needs to go away!!!

Why are you here then if this car is ugly ?
