I started building my AI agency and documenting it on my RUclips earlier this year and I just turned 20 . I’ve built some Ai for gym’s and Accounting firms And this is all thanks to Charlie Thank you brother you gave me the confidence to try and start a persona brand. From watching your videos
@charliesmma thanks for that! I am wondering, do you think that with the right training, it could do outbound cold calls fluently? Or could it at least set-up a quick follow up meeting for me to attend? Without giving away that it's an AI, even if they ask, of course. Haha.
In your video, I think you forgot to mention some of the other additional cost like the large language model. I was just looking at 11 labs and they do mention their cost plus the LLM. You forgot to mention that in your video and of course if you're going to integrate it for your phone, you're gonna need Twilio, which is an extra per minute
I think your pricing analysis is wrong mate. VAPI does use STT and TTS like Elevenlabs, Deepgram, so ultimately it's pricing comes to about 0.13$ per min and not 0.05$ which is just the VAPI provider cost.
I don’t think AI voice agents are quite there yet. They’re good, but high ticket clients are going to see right through it. It’s cheap and gimmicky and doesn’t really exude technical excellence yet. I’d say we have another 6 months to a year before we get to place where people are willing to pay 5k for voice agent setup. Once these AI agents can close sales with ease and have backed up case studies that show results, then they’ll be a solid business model to operate with.
For inbound I think it’s game on. Obviously with outbound there’s way more higher guards so yes your correct with that but I still think there’s very valuable use cases for Ai voice agents today like customer support, post opt in and mostly inbound funnels, increasing show up rate and such.
@ Yeah I definitely. If you’re hitting niches that rely on mostly inbound calls that don’t get extremely technical, you’d have a good starting point for this. Not much comes to mind though. I like your gym example, however I feel like that could even get too technical when you start getting into membership details etc. I think the restaurant/ catering industry is actually the first place people should start with AI voice because a majority of those calls are just asking questions that can easily be answered. BUT with that, you then have issues with ordering because ordering can get pretty technical too, I don’t see AI being capable of doing that quite yet without frustrating people.
I actually think for beginners it’s solid, it’s a little pricey but still wayyy cheaper than a human customer support and it can be set up in literally a couple minutes

Actually, the AI asking more information before offering any kind of peicing was extremely impressive. Thats how sales works. I liked this.
Completely agree, I think it’s one of the easiest Ai calling agents to setup as well. Appricate the comment

Nice Alex hormozi steak analogy.
Great video ❤ I loved it! 👏
What screen recorder tools do you use?

Ayoo which one is good with your experience VAPI VS Elevenlabs?
I gave my opinion and ranked all the voice calling platforms towards the end of the video🤝
@charliesmma yeah I was begging post this comment & later On that comparison part & Got that Vapi is 🦁
Thanks 🙏🥂
thanks
Very welcome friend!
i think retell ai is best of them
I'm going to hire commission based cold calling team
This is mostly to sell or use for inbound funnels, for example after leads opt in through ads or content
Sheesh 🎉🎉
🔥👊
What value are you providing exactly? Aren't you just white labelling 11labs or these other services and adding a ridiculous markup?

Good custom voice plus some big company marketing it probably needed first.
That’s the worst argument, we’re implementing it only for enterprise clients.
100,000 calls +
ElevenLabs is garbage compared to millis ai

@charliesmma You can only remove power by ElevenLabs on chat widget at enterprise plan garbage.
Why do you say this? Looking for the best options avaible for the price
