I Got A CYCLING COACH

Having been self coached over the last season and with big changes coming in my life i decided to bite the bullet and get a cycling coach to have some structure to my training in the available time I have. In this video I do an update on this and also give the reasons why and how my training will look and the goal of the training.

You’ve got a top man as your coach Giorgio. Ian is an amazing rider who is so down to earth and knowledgeable. He would certainly inspire me. And as for Giant - I’ve bought 2 TCXs and an Anthem after watching your vids so that’s probably good feedback for the contract discussions. Now I need to find that blue Giant jersey…

Was hoping you would do this, definitely helped me, no more worrying about preparing your sessions, balancing the loading, second guessing yourself etc., just have faith & follow the Plan. Net result for me was improved performance specific to my goals and quite a bit of time saved. Good Luck!
