This was super insightful. I still don’t get why anyone would get a pressurized Moka Pot when the “crema” does not make it to the cup. It’s always harder to clean.
Ciao Matteo, I have a quick q. A little off topic. Maybe you a video on this but is it possible to use a larger moka to make smaller output moka. Example can you use a 6 cup moka as a 3 cup, filling its basket to 20 grams as i would in a 3 cup. And if i can, will it produce good results as it would a standard 3 cup moka or is this not recommended and should only be used as for its original designed cups or purpose? Grazie 😊
Hi. I actually made a video about that. I link it here ruclips.net/video/81ZSKML44bY/видео.htmlsi=o45zZZ2IEK_yctRS . I really don't suggest it, I explain why in the video.
Very nice review, but personally, I prefer the standard Moka pot because 17 grams of coffee in the basket is just too much for me. They should’ve made smaller sizes of the Brikka. I have an unrelated question, please. How does the weight of the Moka pot affect its performance? Let’s say both Moka pots are identical (aluminum), but one has more weight than the other. How does this make a difference?
@@matteofromtheswamps Do you have an idea if it's better for the moka pot to have more weight or less? (For the parts other than the basket, lid, and handle)

I know. It's just an obsession came from misinformation
How to heat the coffe for second time or second cup?... heating coffee again will make the degradation of coffee taste? How to overcome that?

Maybe there won't be a big difference. It depends on which part weigh more. If the handle or the lid weigh more, there is no difference

@@baselhossam7316 I never notice any major difference in general
@@matteofromtheswamps okay thank you
Which coffee do you use?
I use a blend from a local roastery
Forget about crema, really. It's not moka pot's job scope anyway.

No moka pot makes proper crema.
