If team member is working more than expected hours (9hrs per day) then the team lead or project manager should be get out of IT industry. Dear Kiran, one remark, there is a huge difference between Manager & technical consultant/developer. So, don't consider that your manager is working from home or office. I can suggest you to watch some videos about good project management. It will improve your knowledge and skill. In future, you may become good manager. All the best! 👍
