My stress level stays up a lot, I'm 69 years old and my husband and I are raising our 4-1/2 year old great granddaughter. We love her and she is a good little girl, but she is so active. We've had her for almost 4 years and we tire pretty easy, so it gets pretty stressful sometimes. Your music is a great help.

Sondra Steger I'm so sorry for you going through that!! It must be tiring! I'm 32 and I have an extremely hyper 7 year old girl and I have such stressful days! I suffer from severe neck and back pain due to degenerative disc disease and arthritis and for some reason I swell extremely bad if Im up on my feet more than 30 minutes. I know I should be a spring chicken but I must have gotten some crappy genes! Anyways I wish you and your family the absolute best and I hope the energy will start to calm down with time.
