Love going on a trip to Paris. There are so many goods adresses there. Next time you should try for breakfast “cloud cakes” they have two adresses and for diner “breathe” restaurant in Pigalle. Also “jimmys street food” for the lunch, the food is so good and the owner is adorable 😊

I think plant based is more like you make an effort to eat vegan most of the time but you have animal products in moderation

Hey Helena 💘 I’m vegan and would never eat meat again! I’ve been vegan for 7 years now and it’s well suited to my lifestyle! I don’t find difficulty in eating vegan and I find myself to be more creative and of course contribute to the sustainability of the environment 🤍 also plant based means you’re basically vegan except you don’t focus too much on other factors that contribute towards being vegan such as products you use on a daily basis (shampoo, etc) ✨
