I played UTH for the first time a few hours ago all because of your videos! I started with $200 and ended with $680. I got 2 full houses 4 trips on the flop and a flush over a couple hours. I'm poor so was only betting $5-$10 per spot but it was fun. Thanks for helping me learn this new game to me. Also, the only other person at my table was betting $100 on ultimate pairs and got AQ of clubs for a tidy $2k, wish I had the courage to bet bigger!
Question, if table minimum is “15” do you have to bet 15 on ante and blind both? Or does your table bet just have to reach 15? Example - 5 ante, 5 blind, 5 trips
I play the pocket bonus more than the trip hand. I put $10 on pocket bonus. It pays better than the trips hand. The person that told not to play the pocket bonus owes you $250.
brother make sure your paying attention to how they pay you at 22:33 they only paid you 2 to 1 on your full house you were supposed to get paid 3 to 1 on the blind for a full jouse
I did saw the Ultimate bet hitting here, and it’s tough to lose out on that money but it’s the better way to go in the long run boss! Think you played around 30 hands this session, which would pretty much wipe away your AA hand ($150), but you’d have profited about $180 just on that side bet (from other Ax, pair hands). Qx seems to be what you aren’t confident in 4x’ing, (QJ, Q10) gotta keep that confidence in the cards/math there. Other than that, saw some missed 4x and I think only a couple count errors where you could’ve played but it’s all good. Tough sessions whatever day these were, gotta remember to find that stop-loss though, after that suited AJ the cards were REALLY dry. I was surprised to not see you call the session after those to save bankroll.
Yea I totally should have called the session earlier while I was up. It’s just the mindset sometimes to want to keep winning that keeps me playing haha
@@BolderBets reach out sometime if you have any questions about that side bet I always bring up. It’s fun to play and hit, I get it, sometimes I’ll play it if I’m up a decent bit. Mike Shackleford has a ton of good info on the Wizard of Odds site, and this is one of his more notable game topics.
7:39 did they short change the blind pay by $5? I swear you and danny need to pay more attention to the pays cuz these dealer are horrible and are always messing up
Pocket bonus pays more then the trip bet unless you hit a straight or Royal flush. You have a better chance of hitting aces and suited ace/ face then hitting those other 2 bets.
@@tombeveridge7453 you’re right it pays more if your bet amounts for either are the same, with your two mentioned exceptions. However, your probability to hit a straight or 3 of a kind on trips is better than even having a small pocket pair, which has the best odds of that silly side bet. The odds are better to play trips on a consistent basis than the Ultimate Pairs Bonus, no arguing the math.
Please stop, you comment on so many videos about people playing with their chips. Maybe the problem is YOUR problem and your issue. Watch the video on mute and don't be a troll.
@@robertwarneck6464 Who are you sir? Are you some kind of boss of comments? I am not the only person who complains of chip rattling. I've seen many people who comment on it. The mic picks it up. It's a video, you are trying to hear what is being said. The chip rattling is louder than the talk. What's the benefit of that.
@@kyle_s. if you have to mute, then I don't bother watching. I like to feel I'm at the casino, but those chips rattling overcomes the mic and is very loud. I also feel it's an indication of fear or insecurity in the person and that's a bummer when you are gambling.

15 on both
You must be $15 on the ante and $15 on the blind in order to play the game. The sides bets are all optional bets
I think the whole point of these table games is to play the trips at equal as the ante to benefit and make money

I’m so mad I didn’t play it…

Did you know when someone rattles their chips, the people at the table are hoping that you lose ALL your chips.
