Many thanks! It has been a long process but it it moving along pretty well now. I will get some video with the car outside in the next part. It does look more "green" in the sunlight and yet it is nearly black in the shade.
I had been using shoe covers so as not to track stuff into the booth and potentially into the paint on the car. I had run out and still needed to get the base coat on so I thought "why not". There's a lot of air movement in the booth so I didn't really get anything on my feet. Note that the paint suit is as much (or maybe more) to keep fibers and such from your clothes from getting into the paint as it is keeping the paint off you.
"This dude is WAAAAAAY in over his head. He has no idea what car parts he has." I remember this comment from your first project video... He is eating his words now. LOL Great videos
Have you seen the quite useful set of notes produced by Mike Green at NTG Services dealing with various points on how the various T series were originally configured when they left the factory, including some common misunderstandings. If not, let me know and I can forward.
@@Langbaurgh I'm not sure how to send messages on YT now... they seem to have removed that option. Is this the article you're referring to? mgbits4u.com/contents/en-uk/d128.html

Can't wait to see the tub outside in the sunlight... Beautiful job!

I can't see anything wrong with the paint ,Me thinks you are a perfectionist. I admire your persistence
Spraying paint barefoot?? Is there a reason for that?

I have not and that definitely sounds like something I'd love to have.
