These carpet cleaning videos are very entertaining. But when a carpet is THIS dirty I don't understand why a cleaning company doesn't hang it across a sturdy rod to do an initial, heavy rinse with water. That way at least some of the grime rinses out and can be swept away before laying the rug down flat where further cleaning will trap more of the dirt under the rug.
With the weight of the waterlogged carpet, I bet hanging that up would distort the orientation of the warp and weft yarns and be almost impossible to get it back to its original shape.
Wool and silk - materials commonly used to make fine rugs - all weaken when wet; so the chance of damaging the carpets increases if they are hanged/stretched. Cotton fibers, on the other hand, actually strengthen when wet. Rayon (viscose) fibers have an unfortunate tendency to fall apart even worse than those of wool or silk.
@@CrowMeris that always annoyed me about silk. It has phenomenal tensile strength, plus resistance to mold and mild acids... But it basically becomes the cotton candy of natural fibers when water or sunlight touches it. So stupid.
@@aaliyahkanue I thought that too, I also think there are probably far more efficient ways to clean these rugs but it wouldn't be nearly as entertaining if we just saw them toss these rugs into a heavy industrial huge washing machine lol
It's incredible to see just how much dirt a small rug like that can hold. Way more then I imagined! I've never seen this guy before. Is he new? He did a phenomenal job.
yeah there's another channel (don't know where they are based, middle east somewhere maybe?) and it has almost the same name as this! I wonder if they are linked somehow - a family member who moved to Houston and kept the same name maybe? Seems like too much of a coincidence for it to just be random fate!
It's interesting watching different channels show their methods of cleaning. These are not in competition with others as their locations are far from each other. How these channels go about cleaning are proven to be fun to watch. There is no superior way to clean rugs, just that they can be cleaned with enough time and hard work. Some products may make it easier to get a carpet clean, but effort is still required. Also, the expanding foam looks like bubble Jell-O.
😮That rug must have once belonged to Noah or was dug up from Pompei to have so much dirt on it! It was like excavating rather than cleaning! My big concern is that it required so much water and detergents to clean it! Very good effort and time spent on cleaning this rug. Interesting video!
I said in your last video that you just keep outdoing yourself and each new video is my new favorite but THIS ONE!!! 😱😱😱😱 OH MY GOD THIS IS THE BEST VIDEO EVER!! The amount of SOAP!! It would be interesting to see what happens if you rinsed the dirt out with plain water, obviously there was a lot of easily removable dirt still in there before you used the foaming chemicals.
The process of these videos seems to test my patience, and the urge to lose hope, trust in trying so hard on a thing but the results n the action of moving towards the result teaches me a lesson on hardwork, consistency n most importantly dont give up until u make it happen
I said in a response to another comment too, but, vinegar and baking soda. The watering can had the vinegar. Just look up "Science Fair Volcano" to see a common example of this effect.
Good results. What would of made me love to video is if the camera was angled so we could see all that foam and dirty water go into the pit as you squeegee and also seeing how you cleaned up the floor and pit afterwards.
I love your videos so much and this is definitely my favourite cleaning rug 😍😍😍😍 the first scrape, the inicial manual brushing with loads of foam 😍😍😍😍😍 and the yellow scraper !! Great video !!
That is an impressive amount of foam. I'm guessing from the steam that there was some kind of exothermic reaction going on when the two agents mixed together. It created some kind of foamy monster! 😂
❤❤❤❤❤❤Gdm, and I love all of the foam.... Excellent job, My Friend!!!! Is that dry ice, or something else?? Its such a great effect, that I kept replaying that part over and over again ❤❤❤❤😂😂😂😂😂😂😊😊😊😊😊😊YOU'RE STILL.MY FAVORITE CHANNEL, AND RUG CLEANER ON RUclips ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

The water from some of thesevideos run a dark yellow telling me he was probably smelling pee through the smell of soap a good bit of the time. 🤢
It looked to me, using that foamy stuff brought more dirt to the surface to be washed away. I also think the foamy stuff would be as safe to use as anything else he has used on the rugs.
Is it possible for this super cleaning board to clean a carpet covered with oil and grease from cars that you have previously cleaned in a previous video? Can you do this challenge?
So it really was a red carpet under all that brown!!! I was expecting something maybe purple or black. That foam stuff was super cool!!! Looked like the science experiment I did in school one time. 🤔🤗
What is that product? Maybe you should wear a mask 🥺 there's fumes coming out... did you notice it helped more? Awesome video as usual! Would love to see the drying process and end final dried rug 😊
Incredibly unlikely that he finds rugs that are already this dirty. Much more likely that he makes them dirty first and then cleans them. Most restoration channels do this unfortunately.
Does anyone else like to play a game of guess the colour of the rug before it's all clean or is it just me lol
I definitely do it
Me too
No because it's fakkkkeeeee
I do!! Also double down on if it is a solid color, pattern/design, oriental/persian, or kids rug lol

just keeping it in water bucket would be even better. Dirt would sink down.
With the weight of the waterlogged carpet, I bet hanging that up would distort the orientation of the warp and weft yarns and be almost impossible to get it back to its original shape.
I think removing the excess sand by patting with the rod would be more effective.

Noah doesn’t really strike me as a rug guy
They have to add extra dirt for effect. I hope nobody would have a rug this dirty
I love the effect of the foaming detergent. What do you think about it? Did it help clean quicker or was it more for our viewing pleasure?
I think it’s all for affect. Made a hell of a mess. Neat to see though
I think it was some form of oxidising detergent (like vanish oxi action or oxy clean), but he added WAY too much than what's necessary normally
I don't think it made alot of difference but it was cool to watch.
It's just click bait
The watering can had Apple Cider Vinegar in it. The powder was baking soda. That's how you make a volcano for the science fair.

Vinegar and baking soda will create this reaction.
Idk man it was steaming ...baking soda and vinigar don't stream
Hydrogen peroxide does. Maybe that's what it was. At like 30%
@euriebiesh2227 baking soda and vinegar creates an exothermic reaction, yes it does get hot and produce steam.
