Dylan, you’re amazing. I’m just getting started with FCP so haven’t dabbled in Motion yet. Once I get more comfortable and faster using PCP I plan to get Motion and start learning it. This Callout Effect upgrade looks fantastic. I greatly appreciate being able to get it for free. I have just the spot for it in a video I’m currently creating for my RUclips channel. I’ve been looking at some of your FCP plugins and plan to get some when I have the need. Thank you.
Love it! I think there needs to be some options for how the pixels should scale. being limited to just the default bi-linear is blah. I'm working on a plugin to address this which will add other scaling options, like Mitchell, bicubic, Lanczos, and others. It's requiring some work to get the framework done, as i'd like to have a tool for easily making plugins with less work. The FxPlug framework is very cool, though even more techie than just using Motion as it requires coding in Objective C, Swift, C++, etc in XCode. FxFactory is very interesting, and the framework i'm putting together actually has an extension for FxFactory. I'm in the nuance of the initial work developing the alpha version. There is more to it, way way more, than i thought.
Mindblowingly excellent. I might have to watch the video through a couple of times to get it but I have been making great use of the new reframe feature and so these extra bits will take reframe to the next level.
Free download is in the description!
Appreciate you watching!
Awesome tutorial! Thanks Dylan!
Thank you Dylan
